Assessment and consultation submissions: 3 years from the date of submission, unless tied to an active engagement, in which case the client-record period above applies
Marketing and email communications: until you unsubscribe or 3 years from your last interaction with us, whichever comes first
Website analytics and technical data: 26 months, consistent with standard analytics-platform defaults
Records related to a legal dispute, audit, or investigation: for the duration of that matter plus any applicable statute-of-limitations period
Where a shorter period is legally required for a specific category of information, we will retain it for that shorter period instead.
